ilmkidunya appeals job seekers at UMT Career Fair 2013

University of Management and Technology (UMT), Lahore organized Career Fair 2013 on Dec 19, 2014 in which over 40 companies and their representatives took part. The UMT Career Fair 2013 was initiated by Rector UMT Dr Hasan Sohaib Murad and President LCCI Sohail Lashari. They welcomed the young and talented job seekers at the Career Fair. Dr Hasan Sohaib Murad further said that only those individuals can shine who keep themselves updated with latest expansions in their respective areas.

At this occasion the jobs were offered by Pakistan's biggest educational website ilmkidunya.com and other well-known companies including Nestle, Habib Bank, Finca Microfinance Bank, Crescent Bahuman, Cotton Web, Ali Akbar Group, Qarshi, Interwood, Afaq, and many more. ilmkidunya covered the event and also offered jobs. More than 3500 job seekers submitted their resumes and companies provided them career counseling.

The event was organized by the Office of Career Services (OCS) at UMT while its coverage was done by ilmkidunya and now it becomes an annual event of UMT.  It was arranged under the theme "Power Your Future" to provide career opportunities to fresh and experienced individual for full time, part time, summer internship or volunteer positions. The team of OCS was regulated by Farzoq Chaudhry who made it a successful event.
