IBCC Issues SOPs To Hold The Annual Exams Of Federal Board

The inter-board committee of chairmen has issued the SOPs to hold the annual exams of the federal board of intermediate and secondary education. It is mandatory for the students and teachers to follow the instructions provided by the federal ministry during the SSC and HSSC annual exams 2021. The authorities have ensured that there will be proper implementation of SOPs in all the examination centers. All the supervisory staff and students will wear the mask and maintain the social distance. 

Implementation of SOPs

It has been said that the surface of the examination halls will be disinfected on the regular basis. The students have to leave the examination center one by one to minimize the spread of the COVID-19 and to prevent themselves from the deadly virus. Moreover, the temperature of the staff and students will be checked every day and everyone has to sanitize their hands before entering the examination center. The federal ministry has ensured that only the vaccinated staff members will perform the assigned duties in the examination hall. The special sitting arrangement will be arranged for the students and only 50 seats will be available in one examination hall.

The federal board of intermediate and secondary education has announced the date sheet for matric and intermediate annual exams 2021. According to the provided examination schedule, the annual exams of HSSC part-II will be commenced from 12th July 2021 and the annual exams of SSC part-II will be conducted from 10th July 2021. It is informed to the candidates that the board authorities will hold the exams as per the issued exam schedule. The annual exams of class 10th and class 12th will be conducted before the exams of class 9th and class 11th. Furthermore to facilitate the students in the ongoing situation of the pandemic the annual exams will be conducted according to the smart syllabus issued by the board.
