Punjab’s Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif outlined several education reforms at the Laptop and Honahar Scholarship distribution ceremony in the University of Sargodha on Thursday.
The chief minister promised in her speech that more merit-based scholarships will be made available to students starting next school year. The purpose of the move is to bring top talent from Punjab to higher education, regardless of how much money they can spend.
