The higher education commission of Pakistan has announced the registration schedule of the law admission test 2020. HEC conducts the LAT test for the students that wanted to take admission to the LLB degree program. The test is mandatory for all the candidates to get enrolled in the HEC/PBC recognized public and the private sector universities as directed by the Supreme Court of Pakistan. The interested candidate can apply in the LAT test to secure admission to the undergraduate 5 year LLB. The test will be held on 5th December 2020.
Eligibility Criteria
- Students having a higher secondary school education (HSSC) or equivalent qualification can appear in the LAT test.
- Students that have appeared the annual examination of HSSC or equivalent qualification and now waiting for the result announcement are eligible to apply.

Process of Registration
- The students have to do the online registration to appear in the LAT test.
- Only online submitted applications will be entertained by the authorities.
- The fee of the test is Rs. 500/- that must be submitted in Account No. 1742 7900 133401, Account Title: Higher Education Commission, Bank: Habib Bank Limited, Branch Code: 1742. Bank and pay orders will not be accepted in any case.
- Applicants have to submit a copy of the fee deposit slip/bank draft through courier at Room No-13-209,2nd Floor, HRD Building HEC, H-8, Islamabad before the last date of registration.
- The fee for the test is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- After registration, the roll number slips will be issued to the students. Email and SMS will be sent to the candidates about the date, time, and venue of the examination center.
- The students are advised to bring the roll number slip and Original CNIC on the test day.
- Applicants have to select the center from the available options mentioned in the application form. After registration, the students will not be able to change their examination center.
Last Date to Apply
The last date to apply for the LAT test is 12th November 2020. The test will be conducted in the major cities of Pakistan.
