Allama Iqbal Open University in association along with the Higher Education Commission (HEC) organizes 3-day employees on campus training workshop in order to improve their professional abilities.
The objective of this workshop is also to empowering the employees to deliver the best services to the aspirants and to assist in enhancing the quality education.
This was the 3rd stage of the training program being attended by the non-faculty staff.
Inaugurating the workshop the Vice Chancellor of Allama Iqbal Open University Prof Dr Shahid Siddiqui said that they have committed the high importance to the professional training of their employees to attain the postulated targets in the educational zone.
It was being certified through such training series that the employees should be well familiar to the administrative and financial issues and handling of matters related to aspirants.
Dr Shahid Siddiqui said that the training program which is being sponsored by Higher Education Commission will be made viable as well as productive for strengthening the support system of the aspirants.
He moreover said that AIOU has laid the special focus on the good governance as well as the transparency in running its managerial affairs.
Previously, focal person of the programme Muhammad Hammad Tariq emphasized on the special features of the 3 day training program.
