Rawalpindi, The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education BISE Rawalpindi has declared the Intermediate part 1 results on Tuesday in which female students beaten boys.

According to result statistics, a total of 22,674 boys took the exam and 8,481 of them successfully pass the exams by making pass percentage of 37.42.

While among female students, as many 29,168 girls took the annual exam and 6,278 of them passed it by making pass percentage of 55.81. Further details are also available at the RBISE website www.biserwp.edu.pk.

RBISE Chairman Jawad Haider Sherazi declared the result and said that this year too female students clinched top positions in the exam. 

BISE Rawalpindi was established in 1977 and it is one of the oldest educational body in the Punjab Province working under Ministry of Education. At this time BISE Rawalpindi holds the exams for Attock, Chakwal, Rawalpindi and Jhelum divisions. Intermediate level can be separated into two main groups, FA and FSc. Those who want to become a Doctor or Engineer can chose the field of medical or engineering according to the interest. The date sheet for all the groups of intermediate is generally issued one month earlier to the commencement of exams.  The board assigns the duties to different teachers at examination centers. All the supervisory staff gets training before the commencement of exams. Afterwards the board sends papers to qualified teachers for checking.
