Karachi, Board of Secondary Education Karachi (BSEK) has announced the matric 10th class (SSC part 2) annual examination results 2011 of General Group on Tuesday July 19, 2011. All the top positions of SSC part 2 results 2011 were taken by female students.

According to the result gazette published by Board of Secondary Education Karachi (BSEK) Ramsha Majeed, student of PECHS Girls School clinched first position by getting 772 marks. Second position was shared by two students, Fatima Rashid of PECHS Girls School and student of Gulistan Shah Abdul Latif Girls’ School, Aqsa Yasin by getting 762 marks. Ariba Humayun of PECHS got third position by getting 753 marks.

According to the result issued by BSEK total 29,163 students both regular and private were appeared in the SSC part 2 exam 2011 and 20,171 students cleared the exam 2011 with the pass percentage of 69.17%.

Total 20,171 successful candidates, 255 candidates (241 regular and 14 private) secured A-One grade, 1,815 candidates (1,521 regular and 294 private) got A grade, 5,085 candidates (3,848 regular and 1,237 private) obtained B grade, 7,578 candidates (5,994 regular and 1,584 private) got C grade, 4,815 candidates (3,759 regular and 1,056 private) secured D grade, 289 candidates (235 regular and 54 private) got E grade while 334 candidates (all private) were declared passed in additional subjects.

Controller Examination Rafia Mallah said that students’ result cards will be dispatched to students within 10 days. Regular students can get their result cards from the schools while the private students’ results card would be send to the address that was given by them on their form.
