Faisalabad, Government College University Faisalabad GCUF has announced Mora Scholarships for graduate and post graduate students. Interested candidates are invited to apply for the award of scholarships. Candidates who have passed B.A/B.Sc/M.A/M.Sc examination under the year 2013 and currently studying in this institution are eligible to apply.
The attested Photocopies of mentioned documents must be attached with application form. The required document are Parents/Guardian CNIC, Applicant’s CNIC or Form-B, Educational Certificates, LZ-19 copy attested by Chairman Zakat Committee.
The application form can be downloaded from the university website www.gcuf.edu.pk or at Mian Jee Photostat near Main Gate no. 02 Chenab Chowk GC University. The GC University firstly started functioning as a primary school in 1897 in the present building of Govt. College for Women, Karkhana Bazar, Faisalabad. Further it was promoted to High School and Intermediate College in 1905 and 1924 respectively.
Then it was upraised to the degree level in 1933 and postgraduate disciplines were introduced in 1963. The university got the degree awarding status in October 2002.
