GAT Test 2025
The Graduate Assessment Test (GAT), has been set to take place on Saturday, October 4, 2025. The test is a key condition of students who want to gain access to postgraduate education and students who want to secure a scholarship and access to higher education in Pakistan. This examination is carried out by the Higher Education Commission (HEC), in collaboration with its testing partner to make sure that students and professionals are able to plan their academic path. Significance of the GAT Exam
The GAT test is not only an eligibility criterion but also a typical test of academic and analytical abilities. In Pakistan, universities use GAT scores in admissions of MS, MPhil, and PhD, and other scholarship programs also make shortlists based on these scores.
