FPSC announced schedule for CSS competitive exams 2016

Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) has declared the Central Superior Services (CSS) competitive examination 2016 schedule on Monday. However for the very first time in history, the advertisements for exams were published in Urdu.

As per the announced schedule of CSS exams by FPSC, the exams will begin from 18th February 2016 while these exams will be held in different cities of Pakistan at once.

Similar to every year, large number of students have applied for the CSS competitive exam 2016 and for all of them; here we have the complete schedule of CSS exams 2016 which has been released by Federal Public Service Commission. To apply for these CCS exams there is a certain eligibility criteria that have to be fulfilled by every candidate.

According to this eligibility criteria, a willing candidate must be the resident of Pakistan and must hold a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized bachelor’s degree in any program having at least 2nd division.

The age limit for CSS exams 2016 is between 21 to 28 years.

There are total six compulsory subjects which comprises of Essay, Islamiat, English as well as three General Knowledge subjects, Current Affairs, Pakistan Affairs and Everyday Science whereas all the other subjects are optional. Though, the total number of vacancies available has not been announced yet but the government has reserved a 5 percent quota for minorities plus 10 percent quota for women out of total seats.
