Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi Tests Positive For Coronavirus

The Foreign Minister of Pakistan Shah Mahmood Qureshi has been examined positive for the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and has isolated himself at his home. In his report, Foreign Minister confirmed that his Corona-virus test was positive. In a tweet, the FM said that he isolated himself after suffering from light fever. Previously Shahbaz Sharif also tested positive for COVID-19.

Continuation Of Duties

Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that he felt strong and active and would proceed to complete his services from the home. He asked the individuals to keep in mind him in their prayers. Earlier in the day, the Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi held a telephonic conversation with the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) Secretary-General Dr. Hadi Soleimanpour and exchanged views on matters relating to ECO's vision, response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the ECO's projects for improved financial participation and connectivity, and advancements within the locale.
