The Federal Board Of Intermediate And Secondary Education, FBISE comes with the revised syllabus for HSSC or intermediate classes. Students who have enrolled for the HSSC or intermediate classes under FBISE and are going to start their studies for the 2021 session will study the reduced syllabus. This revised or reduced edition has decided to facilitate the students under the Covid-19 situation.
As we know that the intermediate academic session has started late from the normal schedule. Under this situation, it is becoming difficult for the school authorities to cover the whole of the syllabus within this short time duration. While reviewing this situation the federal government has decided to reduce the syllabus and ordered all the school authorities to start this revised and reduced syllabus.
The final approval of the reduced syllabus has done after the final declaration of the Federal Board of Intermediate And Secondary Education, FBISE Chairman, Mr. Qaiser Alam. However, before deciding to reduce the intermediate or HSSC syllabus, FBISE has also reduced the matric class syllabus to facilitate the matric students to complete their syllabus safely before coming to appear for the final exams.
