Ehsaas Undergraduate Scholarship Has Reserved 50% Seats For Pakistani Female Students From Low-Income Families

Ehsaas is the undergraduate scholarship program initiated by the government of Pakistan. This scholarship program aims to help out students from lower-income families.  According to the latest notification, 50% seats are reserved for female students who have achieved higher grades.

Scholarship Benefits For Female Students

Ehsaas scholarship will cover the full tuition fee along with a monthly stipend. All disabled and students from backward areas will be given more preference. However, this is a fully-funded program for all students including both male and female and each year 50,000 Scholarships will be awarded to undergraduate students

Ehsaas Scholarship Eligibility Criteria

1. All-female and male students who have secured admission to a public university are eligible to apply.
2. Students from lower-income families can apply for this need-based opportunity
3. All deserving undergraduate students are eligible to apply for the Ehsaas Scholarship program

Ehsaas Scholarship Application Procedure

Eligible candidates can apply online and complete application form can be submitted to the respective university's financial aid office. Applicants are advised for submitting direct applications in Higher Education Commission Office.

 How Scholarships Will Be Rewarded

1. The applications of all potential candidates will be reviewed by the scrutiny committee and shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by the ISAC at the respective University/Institution.
2. The committee will be headed by the Vice-Chancellor/Head of Institution
3. The Institutional Scholarship Award Committee will suggest deserving candidates for the scholarship to the Higher Education Commission.
4. All scholarships will be awarded on merit after verification and each year scholarship will be provided on the basis of academic performance of students.

The last date to apply for Ehsaas Undergraduate Scholarship with all required documents and according to the eligibility criteria is till 24^th December 2019
