Distribution Of ECE Books By Education Minister Punjab

The Provincial Minister for Education Murad Raas launches the distribution of Early Childhood Education Books at Lahore Government Girls High School Garden Town, Lahore. At the launching ceremony, while taking to the media reporters, he said that: "Early Childhood Education Books have been organized to provide better and effective primary education to our children." 

Free Distribution Of ECE Books Among Primary Level Students

He moreover said that: “These books have been prepared keeping in view the international standards of education”. The Punjab Minister for Education, Dr Murad Raas said that; the Early Childhood Education (ECE) books have been specially prepared for the young children and the material they contain will be extremely helpful in our students' learning process. 

These books will be provided free of cost by the Punjab Government to all students across the province for their primary education. A set of ECE books costs Rs. 1175/- which will be provided free of cost to the students by the Punjab Government.

Allocated Budget For Preparation Of ECE Books

Dr. Murad further said that for the first time in the history of Punjab province such books have been introduced for young children and there is no such example in this regard. All the initiatives of School Education Department Punjab are being taken for the welfare of our children. Punjab Education Minister Dr. Murad Ras also said that Punjab Curriculum and Text Board has allocated a budget of Rs. 19 crore for ECE books out of which Rs. 87.1 million have been spent so far.
