Delegation of Pakistani Universities Faculty Members Visit China to Explore Opportunities in Various Fields

The Chinese government has ever been very welcoming for Pakistani delegations to explore opportunities in various fields of the country. Currently, a delegation consisting of faculty members from Pakistani universities, researchers, and scientists, entrepreneurs, and media persons is on visit to China specifically to collaborate with Hi-Tech, Science and IT industry of the country. The visit of Pakistani delegation is part of efforts made by Pak-China Governments in promoting communication and collaborations at numerous fields. This visit will prove to be a great step in promoting people to people communication.

A member of delegation Dr. Abdul Hakim Shah (Assistant Professor) at Khushal Khan Khattak University, said, ‘This visit is also very helpful for Pakistani students, scientists and businessmen to have their startup companies incubated in China due to very strongly connected support system and relevant industry in China and overseas’.

Another member of delegation, who is as serving Director, Office of Research Innovation and Commercialization at Jinnah University for Women, Karachi has appreciated the policies initiated by Chinese Government in for research in environment sciences through which the country is benefiting extensively. Associate Professor Forman Christian College, Dr. Zaffar Mehmood expressed his visit to be extremely productive and enhancing, he said that the field of IT and science is developed in China and Pakistan can take guidance and consultancy from it.

The Chinese economy has gained a lot from its IT and science field. The Universities in china offering IT related courses are renowned all around the world. The high quality of education and research based study has led China to a road of progress and development. The IT field in Pakistan is slowly progressing and if it receives guidance from highly developed IT field of china in form of educational collaborations or professional cooperation, then definitely we can imagine Pakistan rapidly emerging as an IT Country.
