The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) announced the final results of the Central Superior Services (CSS) examinations for 2019, noting that 214 of the 365 candidates who qualified have been recommended for merit-based recruitment”.
 
The 214 students who outshine in the exam were suggested for recruitment at grade 17 of FPSC consisting of 132 men and 82 women.

An aggregate of 14,521 candidate come through in the written exam and only 372 gained success in it. Out of those 365 qualified for interviews containing 214 men & 151 women, showing 2.51% success rate.
 
The candidates have been appointed service groups, as well as the first position-holder Rana Haider Tahir has been allocated the Pakistan administrative service(PAS) group.
 
CSS means Central Superior Services. CSS is a competitive exam held in Pakistan every year to serve the civil services of Pakistan.
 
CSS exam is taken by FPSC. CSS has two parts, written test & interview.There are 12 subjects in which FPSC Test the student. Six subjects are compulsory and six subjects are optional. from optional subject candidate can choose of its own choice. There is a total of 1200 marks and a candidate must have to gain 600 marks to pass the exam.
 
Candidates can apply for this exam who have completed graduation with 75% marks. candidate must have to pass this exam within 3 attempts. FPSC is the agency of government which is responsible for hiring servants and bureaucrats for government.
