CM to provide latest educational facilities in backward areas of Province

Lahore: Minister of State on Education Baleeghur Rehman met Chief Minister of Punjab Mian Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on Saturday. While talking on the occasion, CM of Punjab said that innovatory steps have been taken for the promotion of quality education in the province.

He moreover added, Daanish schools, which are armed along with the latest educational facilities, have been recognized in backward areas to assist in promoting the education and to reduce the trend of extremism.

Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif said that farther than the education, free boarding and accommodation facilities are being provided to aspirants in these schools. 0.15 Million brilliant students, who are facing financial challenges, are getting education through Punjab Educational Endowment Fund (PEF), he added.

He said that just education is the fastest way to quick development and Punjab government has made the promotion of education its highest priority, adding that reforms programme in educational zone is giving positive verdicts.
