Quetta: The Cadet College Kila Saifullah has been closed temporarily for security reasons before of Eid-ul-Azha holidays.

The principal of the college, Khaliq Dad Bazai, while talking to media sources said that since there were threats to the college, the cadets had been asked to go home.

He said that the management of college had requested the Army of Pakistan to provide security to the college as it was located in an isolated area and there were no other buildings nearby the college.

He said that army officials had assured them that full security will be provided to the college. The college will be reopened after Eid, he added.

On the other hand, some students told the media sources that there was enough security for the college. They said close of the college several days before Eid will affect their studies.
