Karachi, The admissions in BS, MS and Diploma programs at Sindh Madressatul Islam University (SMIU) are continued. The admissions are open in four year BS in Computer Science, Media Studies, Environmental Sciences, Education, Accounting and Finance and Business Administration. Likewise the at master level the admission are opened in Computer Science, Media Studies, Environmental Sciences, Education and Management Sciences, MBA for 1.5 year, 2-2.5 years and 3.5 years. The admissions are offered on merit basis considering the educational background of candidates. One year Diploma Programs are also offered in Educational Management and Early Childhood Development.
All those candidates wishing to get admission can apply online at the SMIU’s website by downloading Registration Form from. Resulting awaiting candidates can also apply and written test will be orgainzed on August 16 and interviews of candidates will be organized on August 20 while commencement of classes will be made on September 15, 2014.
Give departments of SMIU are also providing their introductory brochures besides the university prospectus having all the details about eligibility of several academic programs, fee structure, scholarships etc,. These details can be taken from the SMIU’s Admission Office from Monday to Friday during the working hours.
