Book Fair in GCU from January 4

Lahore, The Government College University Lahore Library Society is going to hold a three-day Book Fair from January 4, 2010 (tomorrow) to January 6, 2010 at the university’s Bokhari Auditorium Lawns. Noted writer and journalist Khalid Ahmed will inaugurate the Book Fair at 10:30 am on Tuesday while Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Khalid Aftab will also present on this occasion. GCU Chief Librarian Abdul Waheed said that the Book Fair, aimed at reviving the love for books, would house more than 50,000 books and they would be provided to students on concession.
