The Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (BISE) Hyderabad has officially commenced the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) Part I & II Annual Examination 2026 today. As per the newly released examination schedule, the first papers were successfully conducted on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 , marking the start of the annual assessment for Science, Home Economics, Humanities, and Commerce groups.

Practical Examinations and Important Deadlines

The BISE Hyderabad has also announced that practical examinations for Class XII will commence on May 14, 2026 . The schedule for practicals will be provided separately to heads of institutions designated as examination centers.

All affiliated colleges and schools are directed to ensure the submission of practical results to the undersigned by May 18, 2026 .

Strict Ban on Mobile Phones & Electronic Devices

In alignment with standard examination policies, BISE Hyderabad has imposed a complete ban on mobile phones and all electronic devices inside the premises of all examination centers. The notification explicitly states that any such devices found will be forfeited immediately . Students are strongly advised to comply with this rule to avoid disciplinary action.
