Gujranwala (18th September 2025) – The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Gujranwala has officially announced the 12th class result 2025 for the first annual examinations today. According to the gazette notification, the result was declared on 18 September 2025 at 10:00 AM. This year’s intermediate result highlights both exceptional performances by students and a healthy overall pass percentage across various groups.

The BISE Gujranwala Board, established in 1982, conducts matric and intermediate examinations for six districts under its jurisdiction: Gujranwala, Gujrat, Hafizabad, Mandi Bahauddin, Narowal, and Sialkot. For the HSSC Part-II (12th Class) First Annual Examination 2025, the written exams started on 29 April 2025 and concluded on 13 June 2025.

Admission Schedule for Second Annual Examination 2025

Students who could not clear their exams have the chance to reappear in the Intermediate Second Annual Examination 2025, scheduled from 22 April 2026.

Double Fee Submission: 3 February 2026

Triple Fee Submission: 12 February 2026
