Bahria University starts merit scholarships for under & postgraduate students

Lahore, Bahria University Lahore, Islamabad and Karachi Campuses are offering scholarship opportunities to students. 

In consonance with our community and social responsibilities, and to afford equal opportunities to students coming from weak financial backgrounds, Bahria University offers Financial Assistance and Merit scholarships, to the tune of Rs. 25Million annually, to its Under & Post-Graduate Programs.

The students are eligible if they fulfill all the conditions indicated by the concerned department. All the eligible students must follow the rules and regulations of the university to get the scholarship. Those who are already taking scholarships or fee concession opportunities are ineligible to apply. The student’s performance will be monitored every semester according to the details given in “Monitoring the Beneficiaries of Scholarships”. Those who will get FAS and Indigent Scholarship must have to start on campus job for 10 hours per week identified by Directors/HODs.

 

MPhil & PhD students are not eligible for any Scholarship. Those who are acquiring education fully or partially supported by any individual or organization would not be considered for the award of non-merit scholarships.

 

Bahria University started its journey in the late nineteen-eighty’s Pakistan Navy established two educational institutes one in Karachi and Islamabad as Bahria Institute. These institutes were established for the education of naval personnel’s children.
