There is a certain Amendment made in the admission schedule and for Army Medical College Rawalpindi Admission schedule. The last admission schedule and details were notified through Express Tribune and Daily Nawa-I-waqt Newspaper. But after the High Court Judgments on PMDC admission policy on 22 October, there are some changes made in the schedule of Army  medical college Rawalpindi admission schedules.

Dates To Apply For Admission

According to a recent press release, the last date for admission was 25th October but with this amendment, the admission date is now starting from 24 October 2019 till 31st October. This institute is offering 23 total seats for both MBBS and BDS candidates. You can get admission form online at ilmkidunya.

Who Can Apply For This Admission?

These admissions are valid for both national and overseas Pakistanis. All can apply for these medical seats. Each candidate should have more than 70 percent marks in FSC medical or any medical degree equivalent to 12 years of study. The student should get 60 percent marks in NUMS-MDCAT conducted on 6 October. All residents with Valid CNIC can apply for these admissions.

  1. The aggregative percentage required getting admission in MBBS 70 %, it means that a student has to get 70% marks in both FSC and MDCAT test to get admission in the MBBS program of Army Medical College Rawalpindi
  2. The same criteria go for BDS, For BDS the minimum percentage should be 60 % in both FSC medical and MDCAT test.
  3. All the students have to attach Attested CNIC, Matric board mark certificate and FSC inter-board mark certificate with the admission application form.
  4. Merit list will be displayed on 13 November instead of 4 November with this amendment.

Criteria For Foreign Nationals

Foreign students with a 12-year equivalent study in three relevant subjects like Biology, chemistry, physics, and math can apply for admissions. They should possess the certificate of their last foreign institute. They should get 60 percent marks in NUMS-MDCAT or have 550/800 marks in their SAT exams. SAT exams result before 25th October 2019 will not be accepted. They should pass the IELTS or TOEFL exams with more than 500 or 5.5 average.

Last Year Minimum Aggregated Merit

According to last year's admission, the minimum admission aggregated merit was 87.76 on open merit and 86.65 for foreign students in MBBS. For BDS last year minimum aggregated merit was 87.67 for open merit and 75.97% for foreign students.
