After Covid-19 Lockdown The Schools and Colleges Will Open on 1st June 2020

All private and government schools of Punjab will remain closed till 31st May due to daily new Coronavirus cases in Pakistan. Schools will open on 1st June after the summer vacations. From 1st June to 13th August the schools will carry out the tasks from 7am to 11am without any assembly and break period. After the Independence Day, the schools will follow the timings of their normal daily routine. After the coronavirus lockdown, the school will be open for one day in April so that new books and summer vacation homework will be issued to the students of all classes including 10th class and 9th class. Moreover, the admission for new classes will also take place on that day.

Matric and Intermediate Examination New Schedule Dates

According to the sources probably the remaining six papers of the 9th class will be held from 2nd June. However, the practical papers of the 10th class will be expected to start on 12th June. The intermediate examination will be expected to conduct from 22nd June.

All students from the nursery to the 7th class will be promoted to the next class. The result of the 8th class will be announced on 31st March. One month extension in the admission process of the first year and second year is also expected.
