Admissions Open for MBBS/ BDS 2019-20 Sessions in Army Medical College Rawalpindi

Army Medical College Rawalpindi is offering a total of 23 seats for candidates who want to apply from all over the country. Students can apply for MBBS/ BDS soon after their inter board exams result. Who can apply for this Admission?

These admissions are valid for both national and overseas Pakistanis. All can apply for these medical seats. 

1. The aggregative percentage required to get admission in MBBS 70 %.
2. For BDS the minimum percentage should be 60 %.

Criteria for Open merit seats

1. Each candidate should have more than 70 percent marks in FSC medical or any medical degree equivalent to 12 years of study. 
2. The student should get 60 percent marks in NUMS-MDCAT conducted on 6 October.
3. All residents with Valid CNIC can apply for these admissions.

Criteria for Foreign students

1. Foreign students with a 12-year equivalent study in three relevant subjects like Biology, chemistry, physics, and math can apply for admissions. 
2. They should possess the certificate of their last foreign institute.
3. They should get 60 percent marks in NUMS-MDCAT or have 550/800 marks in their SAT exams. SAT exams result before 25th October 2019 will not be accepted.
4. They should pass the IELTS or TOEFL exams with more than 500 or 5.5 average.

Merit determination for admissions

The merit determination will be a sum of both NUMS- MDCAT test exams and FSC medical or any 12-year study. 

1. For 2019-2020 the minimum percentage to get admission in MBBS will be 88.61 for open merit and 86.41 with foreign students.
2. For BDS minimum percentage to get admission in BDS is 87.61 for open merit and 76.51 for foreign students.

The total number of seats for MBBS is 15 and for BDS the total numbers of seats available are 8.

How to apply for admission

1. You can get the link to the online admission form for Army medical College Rawalpindi MBBS/BDS seats at Ilmkidunya. 
2. You have to give your CNIC number, NICOP and if a foreigner than your Passport number. 
3. You will have to pay the fee with an online downloaded fee challan form at any nearest Habib bank limited branch. 
4. You have to attach all your academic attested documents with filled application form online and the last date for online form submission is 25th October 2019.
5. You can only use a PC or laptop to apply, application from mobile will not be accepted because the minimum size of the file should be 2 MB.
6. Hafiz e Quran candidates will select the exams center and should be appeared during exams.

The first merit list of Army medical College Rawalpindi MBBS/BDS 2019-20 session will be disclosed on 4 November 2019.
