Overview
BA Politics & Economics focus on the dynamic relationships between the economic, political and legal systems of our society and analysis of the relationships between the political, economic and legal systems of the society. It aims to give students the broad knowledge base they need to resolve practical policy problems and to establish careers as tomorrow's leading decision-makers and opinion-shapers.
At the heart of the program is the recognition that economic, political and philosophical dimensions are critical to every issue that informs life and work in contemporary society. The programme enhances students' capacity to critically evaluate competing arguments about political events, ideas and institutions and develop the ability to evaluate effectively economic policies and places the study of economics in its broader institutional and political context.
Career Options
Graduates are trained for positions as economic and social analysts and decision-makers in the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors. Typical roles may include analyst, economist, journalist, and political adviser. There are many careers in journalism, not-for-profit sector, civil service, social or political research sector. Other opportunities of career are available in the field of administration and management, business and finance, marketing, sales and advertising.

Admission Requirements
Requirements for Bachelors in Politics and Economics:

Candidate should have 12 years of education.

Candidates should have intermediate degree from recognized college or university.

Foreign students must route their applications through the Ministry of Education, Government of Pakistan.

Admission will be made on merit, subject to the regional quota.
