Bachelors in Mycology & Plant Pathology


Plant Pathology is the study of diseases and health issues of plants and of ways to control those diseases. Mycology is the study of fungi, their genetic and biochemical properties, their taxonomy, and their use to humans as a source for medicinal and food as well as their dangers, such as poisoning or infection. Mycology is closely related to physiopathology. Physiopathology is the scientific study of plant diseases caused by pathogens and environmental conditions.

Admission Requirements

Requirements for Bachelors in Mycology & Plant Pathology:

  • Candidate should have 12 years of education.
  • Candidates should have intermediate degree from recognized college or university.
  • Foreign students must route their applications through the Ministry of Education, Government of Pakistan.
  • Admission will be made on merit, subject to the regional quota.
