Virtual University Admissions 2026

Virtual University of Pakistan (VU) announces admission in Spring 2026 (January/February). The Virtual University opens spring 2026 admissions on January 5th, 2026. The last date to apply for spring 2026 admissions are February 20th, 2026.

• The Last Date to deposit Admission Processing Fee  of Rs. 500 is February 20th, 2026.
• The Course Selection Link will Open for enrollment for Spring 2026 on March 3rd, 2026.
• The Last date to apply for re-admission is March 23rd, 2026.
• The Orientation for newly admitted students will conduct on April 01 - 06, 2026.

Eligibility Criteria

For undergraduate courses, applicants should generally have 12 years of education (Intermediate or equivalent) with a minimum of 45% marks. For MS courses, 16 years of education in the concerned field with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 are needed. There can be some specific courses with special requirements such as entry tests or interviews. Candidates with marks between 33%–44% can be considered for admission provided they pass a "Zero Semester," barring some courses such as BS English and Islamic Studies.
