Admission Criteria For Master Degree Programs in UET
Following is the complete eligibility criteria for all of the above-mentioned master degree programs by UET:
- All interested applicants are required to show a bachelor's degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized university.
- Applicants are also required to show a passed ETEA GAT (general) or GRE (General) with a minimum of 50% marks.
- Applicants are informed that ETEA or GRE test is compulsory for obtaining admission in the master level engineering programs offered by UET.

Admission Criteria For PHD Programs in UET
Applicants who are willing and interested to apply in any of the above-mentioned discipline or study program are informed that they must meet the following eligibility criteria for Ph.D. degree programs by UET:
- Applicants are required to show a master or MPhil degree program in the relevant field or discipline.
- Applicants with annual system study programs are required to secure their master or MPhil degree with 1st division.
- Applicants with GPA system are required to secure 3.0 CGPA out of 4.0 and 3.75 CGPA out of 5.0.
- Applicants are required to show GRE subject international or GAT subject passed the test with at least 60% or above marks.
How To Apply For Ph.D. Admission
Applicants are asked to follow the below-given steps in order to submit a safe application for Ph.D. programs in UET:
For PhD Degree program the mood of application is offline. Applicants who are having a master or MPhil degree program in the relevant field along with GRE subject international or GAT subject test with at least 60% score will submit their admission application to the director of the admission or administration department.
