Program Offered

SCA Lahore has many programs to choose from to suit the needs of aspiring chefs and those who are looking for a culinary qualification. SCA Lahore also provides diploma and certificate courses in Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry, and Professional Cookery. The diploma programs are normally for a duration of 1 year and provide in-depth knowledge of formal kitchen operations, food presentation and food safety and hygiene. There are also short-term courses and workshops designed for hobbyists or enthusiasts. All of putting students on the international curriculum road while preparing students for local and international culinary careers. Besides that the SCA partners with different international bodies promoting culinary for international collaboration.

Facilities & Activities

The School of Culinary Arts has superb facilities that include fully equipped training kitchens, demonstration labs, and even a mock restaurant to encourage a realistic experience. Students engage in practical skills based lessons every day so they can develop exemplary technical skills. Beyond academics, SCA also sponsors artisan competitions, food festivals, and guest lectures by celebrity chefs to inspire innovation and professional advancement. Internships through institutions including the leading hotels and restaurants in Pakistan are also available to provide industry exposure. In addition, we further support students with support services and career counselling to encourage graduates to embark on successful culinary careers in Pakistan and abroad.
