Programs Fee Structure

The fee for credit hours in BBA, BS Accounting & Finance undergraduate degrees amounts to Rs. 28,000 at Institute of Business Administration. Each semester student needs to pay Rs. 7,000 in student activity charges. The admission cost amounts to Rs. 115,000 while orientation course fees stand at Rs. 40,000. Students require a semester payment of Rs. 45,000 for distances under 20 km and a payment of Rs. 65,000 for destinations beyond 20 km should be made for transportation services. Student accommodation in hostel can be obtained at Rs. 110,400 per semester for single occupancy rooms without air conditioning.

Through its IBA Financial Aid Program the institution receives need based scholarships from Zakat and public and private sector donors. Through its international partnerships IBA enables access to the fully funded Chevening Scholarships program to support students who want to study for a master's degree at UK institutions for one year. The application period scheduled for the 2025-2026 Chevening Scholarships begins on April 1, 2025 and ends on May 2, 2025 while the decision announcement occurs by August 29 2025. Students must submit their applications according to the specified deadlines because this will help them get funding for school.
