National Defense University Islamabad Admissions 2025 Last Date

The National Defense University (NDU) Islamabad offers a prestigious academic path for qualified students. Through its Faculty of Contemporary Studies (FCS), NDU provides undergraduate and postgraduate programs in various fields relevant to national security and strategic studies.

Admission Procedure

• The advertisement for admission is placed in leading newspapers and at the university’s official website for Spring and Fall sessions.
• On-line admission forms are available at the website, once the admissions are announced.
• Official login & password is sent to the applicant's email for registration.
• Candidate has to submit the hard copy of the filled on-line form along with the processing fee & required documents to admission office at NDU E-9 Islamabad via courier or by hand.
• Selected applicant will be required to appear in the entry test & interview as per the schedule.
• Submission of GAT (Subject) & GAT (General) scores for PhD & M. Phil/MS respectively is mandatory before test & interview.
• Merit list will be published after test & interview on the website.
• Selected students will be informed via e-mail & offer letter.
• Fee challan & related information will be sent through E-mail.

Academic Eligibility Criteria

• For admission in BS program, Intermediate, A' levels, DAE/Equivalent qualification.
• For admission in masters program BA/B.Sc. or Min. 14 years education in relevant discipline from HEC recognized institution.
• For admission in MS.MPHIL, M.Sc./ BS (4 Years) Min. 16 years education in relevant field from HEC recognized institution.
• For admission in PhD, M. Phil /MS in relevant discipline from HEC recognized institution.
