Admission Process

The college admission is conducted via centralised online portal of University of Education. In Spring 2025 the period to apply extended between 3 rd and 12 th February. In this duration, candidates were expected to send scanned and attested duplicates of their educational certificates and the mandatory fee of admission processing. After submission, competitors were included in the shortlist on academic merit, or entry tests. Interview or certain subject tests can also be carried out in some of the departments. The final choices are made through official offer letters and the candidates are required to accept the offer of the admission by paying the fees required within a specified deadline.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants who want to get admission to B.Ed (Elementary) or B.Ed (Secondary) in Government College for Elementary Teachers, Lahore, should be qualified to any intermediate courses (F.Sc, FA, A-Level, or other sounding courses) by obtaining 50 percent marks. Some programs require subject area specific requirements or screening procedures (i.e. BS.Ed in Science Education or Special Education) to be completed before you will be considered eligible to join the various specializations. The academic qualifications are evaluated and there is also thinking along the lines of quota or reserved seats to the women, minority, and the differently-abled candidates. To be admitted, the candidate should pass all the requirements of qualifications and documentation.
