Fee Structure
The College of physician and surgeon of Pakistan Faisalabad offers facility in postgraduate medical training through FCPS/MCPS etc. The fee structure depends in the program being applied for and the specialty desired. Just like its other campuses, CPSP also keeps the fees structure uniform so that educators focusing on their respective specialties can afford them. In terms of money, they are usually prepaid, but the concepts can be implemented on an installment basis.
Programs Fees Details
FCPS programs cost on an average between PKR 50000/- to PKR 75000/- per year and vary with the specialty and the period of the program. Membership programs (MCPS) are somewhat cheaper with membership fee per anum ranging between PKR 30,000 and PKR 40,000. More often than not, such programs take between 4 up to 5 years to complete. Extra cost for registration, examinations and workshops may also be incurred. Major costs of hard-skills and applied curricula like surgery, pathology may entail additional costs in form of equipment and skills practicing materials. More or less exact fees of various programs are possible to get from the administration of CPSP Faisalabad but more specific and realistic ideas about each program such as dermatology, cardiology, and radiology can available on special request.
Scholarships and Financial Asistance
CPSP has restricted scholarship and financial aid programs to argue that the chosen candidates encountered financial difficulties. These are mainly need-based, and in this, the occupants are needed to attach income proof with a view to being granted the petitioned. Also in case the candidate is associated with government hospital or sponsored by some particular organization, the training expenses may be relatively low.
