Eligibility:

For M.Phil program the student should complete 16 year of education and have degree in the subject of Botany/Zoology or equivalent. The student must not have more than two second divisions in the academic career.
For PhD the scholar should have 18 year of education and not more than two second division in the academic career, and no third division in the academic career, also have 3.0/4.0 CGPA in semester system or first class degree in M.Phil level or equivalent.
Award of M.Phil and Ph.D Degree:
For the award of M.Phil Degree must have:
The scholar should study at least 24 credit hours, including all those courses which have been specified as miner/major courses.
Obtaining the CGPA at least 2.5 out of 4.0 CGPA
Minimum duration of degree program is 2 years and maximum 4 years.
