Bachelors of Arts BA Admission Registration Process for Students

All those candidates who wish to appear as the private candidates through a specific University must get registered from that university. It is the procedure that certifies that candidates is now eligible to appear in BA annual exams from the particular university. Punjab University commences registration for the BA students.  The BA Admission Registration is start in month of May and it ends in the in the month of November. The admission procedure involves the admission form, admission fee and the required criteria and all the rules and regulations which are necessary to be follow. All the universities that conducts the BA exams does not accept the incomplete admission form un-necessary over writing, cutting, erasing on the admission form. 
The students who have passed the intermediate or equivalent exams in a previous year can apply for the BA degree program. Every university conducts the BA annual exams after the two years and from now some universities will conduct BA exams in parts while some universities organize the BA annual exam in semester system. Normally the universities start the BA registration in the month of March. 
  • All universities registered the regular and private candidates before conduct the annual exams. 
  • Candidates must attach the following documents with the registration form
  • Matric, inter, or IBCC equivalence certificate 
  • The attested copy of CNIC of the candidate and his/ her father
  • One original photo graph 
  • NOC if the FA or equivalent annual exam has been passed to the council outside the jurisdiction of the University of Punjab
  • The original bank challan of Rs.2875
  • The candidates must write the personal postal address 
  • The candidates must write personal postal address of the university address and roll number slips. Result cards and degree dispatch to the given address 
  • Registration forms can be received by hand or by post. 
Universities do not accept the registration form with incomplete information/documents and those who do not fulfills the eligibility requirements 
Registration forms are mostly available in selected branches of Habib bank limited Punjab university information cell near IER bus stop Quaid – e azam campus by paying the Rs.15. students can also download the registration form their official universities. 
In every university the fee structure is different. All students have to submit the fee in the given deadline. Approximately the fee structure for the BA students is Rs. 2750.  After the deadline students have to pay the pay the BA registration fee with double fee. 
  • All online branches of the habib bank limited can receive challan forms for subject fee. 
  • The issuance of the registration card is tentatively 45 days after receipt of form. 
  • The candidates who belong to the remote areas can send their form (with all requisite attested documents to the registration branch of the university. 
  • Students can also submit the admission form in the receptive head of department.
