In today's age where every person is disturbed due to various problems such as unemployment, Family problems, sky rocketing prices and list goes on. People have left being happy. They have totally forgotten that they have a deep relationship with happiness. Now they have built a new relation" Depression" in replacement of happiness. And this new relation badly affecting ones health and character. If we closely examined, a depress person not only making his life living hell but also ruining those lives who are connected with him. For instance, in a home if a father is suffering from depression this affects whole family.

So think about it how to make your life depression free or at least slow down its severity. Look around, you will find some strawberries of happiness in the woods of problems; try to have them, why to let them go away. For example if your mother cook your favorite food enjoy it celebrate it. If you find weather good give yourself some space to enjoy it.

Moreover you can overcome your depression by simply taking on a positive attitude plus positive thinking. Let me first enlighten you about our day to day negative thinking and attitude which we unintentionally wearing every where now a days in our life even home to office. Think when you neighbor or some close friend helps you out in a problem without any consideration. You start thinking that he must have some his own hidden benefit into it. You doubt his sincerity without any proof. Because a depressed person can not think positively about anything he thinks every one is against him. Same in the case when your friend gets a promotion and you secretly start feeling jealous of him and think why he is why not I am. I can not do anything bla bla...

Through this kind of negative thinking you are spoiling your self try to re think, Is that kind of attitude is justified? They are the people who are dear to you they make you happy. Try to celebrate their happiness with them instead of cussing yourself. Next year may be you get promoted. Try to wear a positive thinking; this will help you in reducing your depression One last word, don’t neglect little happiness in the charm of big ones.

Don't let depressions drive you away. Look at the positive aspects of life may be a new dawn ready to embrace you?
