Tension is created by problems and problems are natural. You should not blame any mishap or problem on you. In life every body has to suffer problems, these may be very severe or very little but every problem affects your brain directly. Many diseases can be cause of Stress and tension:

  1. Acid Peptic Disease
  2. Alcoholism
  3. Asthma
  4. Fatigue
  5. Tension Headache
  6. Hypertension
  7. Insomnia
  8. Irritable Bowel Syndrome
  9. Ischemic Heart Disease
  10. Psychoneuroses
  11. Sexual Dysfunction
  12. Skin diseases like Psoriasis, Lichen planus, Urticaria, Pruritus, Neurodermatitis etc

This is not a complete list of diseases created by stress.

The main thing is how to get rid of this bloody stress. Problems are mainly of two types i.e. short-term problems and long-term problems. First we discuss what short-term problems are. They may be:

  1. Fewer marks in exams compare to your competitor.
  2. Quarrel from your group fellows or class fellow.
  3. Lost of your mobile phone.
  4. Someone abuse you.

These are some short-term problems that can be solved by:

  1. Take a Nap.
  2. Get a Massage.
  3. Meditate.
  4. Practice Deep Breathing.
  5. Listen to Soothing Music.
  6. Writing a to-do list will help reduce stress.
  7. Some physical exercise.
  8. Take a bath.

You will feel some relaxation after doing so.

Some problems are long-term they may be like

  1. Totally breakup with your spouse or lover.
  2. The person you love hurts you.
  3. Your love one is died in an accident.
  4. Your friend become a friend of your enemy and degrades you.
  5. Your ego in your university or office is finished because of any blunder mistake.
  6. He get a big loss in the business.
  7. You get divorced and your domestic life is badly disturbed.

These problems take time to manage so must first of all calm down and do these below:

  1. Stand in front of mirror and ask a question, "Is I am?" or "Is I am alive?" that gives u very cool sensation and a voice actually comes from your inside that "Yes, you are alive but do not know how much you alive but until you alive you must not give up."
  2. Talk to people you does not know and make new colleagues.
  3. Take part in welfare works you feel a happiness.
  4. Get involve you in creative works.
  5. Believe that you are and you will more powerful and more intelligent than the people who hurts you.
  6. Just believe that God gifted you a live to make it happy and believe in your self that you can make your life beautiful.
  7. Make your health fit and try to get your body in shape and eat good nutrition. Good health helps too face problems and a confidence will built in you.
  8. Go to bed earlier and sleep longer.

There is no use of these tips if you not willing to get out of that stress or depression. It's up to you how nicely you manage those problems. A person will live a life as he wants. I wish you best of luck for rest of your life.
