The Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan invites applications from Pakistani/AJ&K nationals for the Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Programme (2026-27). The scholarship is launched by the Hungarian Government for the following study levels:
Bachelor's
One-Tier Master’s
Master’s
PhD
The program is managed by HEC in collaboration with Tempus Public Foundation, Hungary.

Mandatory online applications:
Applications must be submitted on both Hungarian and HEC portals separately.
Failure to apply on both portals will lead to rejection.
Hard copies are not required at this stage, but applicants should keep records and printed copies of both submissions.

Register and complete your profile, then select “Hungarian Scholarship Program”.
Keep a copy of submitted application form.
Online application only:
Applications submitted outside the online portal will not be entertained.
HEC’s recommendation is final and binding.
Submitted applications:
Only applications marked SUBMITTED will be considered for nomination.
It is the applicant’s responsibility to submit before the deadline.
Submitted forms cannot be edited.
Selection not guaranteed:
Meeting eligibility and submitting an application does not guarantee selection.
