But the basic criteria of every university is atleast 45% marks in FSC/ICS/FA/I.COM exams.

BS English Admission Criteria of Punjab University

The Punjab University has set the following BS English admission 2024 criteria;

Eligibility & Distribution of Seats:
70% of the open merit seats (28) allocated for F.A./A-Level (Humanities Group) candidates.
30% of the open merit seats (12) allocated for F.Sc/A-Level (Science, Commerce Group) or Equivalent candidates.
Admission criteria: Basic
Additional Marks:          
• Candidates who have opted for English literature at F.A level as elective subject will get additional 20 marks.
• For candidates of A-Level who have studied English literature as elective subject: Their marks of English literature will be considered as subject marks. (They will not get additional 20 marks for studying English literature).
• For candidates of A-Level who belong to Science/Commerce group:Their marks of English Language in O-Level will be considered as ‘’subject marks’’, since English Language is not compulsory at A-Level.

BS English Admission Criteria of University of Central Punjab

The University of Central Punjab UCP has set theab following BS English criteria which is as follows;

• There should be a minimum of 45 percent marks in FA/FSC/ICOM/ICS or at A-Level.
• There will be a written test before getting admitted into the BS English program in university. Those who pass the exam will get admitted into BS English program.
• An interview will be conducted right after the written paper.

BS English Admission Criteria of Virtual University

Following criteria has been set by Virtual University for BS English program;

• Intermediate (FA/Fsc) or equivalent qualification is needed in order to get admission in BS English program.
• Atleast 45% marks are needed in the intermediate exam to get admitted in Virtual University for BS English program.

 BS English Admission Criteria for Minhaj University

The criteria set by Minhaj University for BS English Admissions in Pakistan program is as follows;

• 12 years of education (which is intermediate) is requried to get accepted for BS English program.
• 45 percent marks are required at intermediate level.
• There will be no entry test.

BS English Admission Criteria of University of Management anf Technology

Below is the admission criteria of BS English for University of Management and Technology;

• At intermediate level there should be 50 percent marks attained by the candidate.
• The candidate must have intermediate/A Level or equivalent degree.
• The candidate have to pass the UMT entry test

BS English Admission Criteria of Riphah International University

The admission criteria for Riphah International University is below;

• The candidate should have 12 years of education. It is compulsory to have 12 years of education to be able to select BS English program.
• Minimum 45 percent marks should be attained by the candidate at intermediate level.
• Academic Qualification: 30% Test/Interview: 70%
