ADMISSIONS — ON-CAMPUS UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMS

Fall 2026 (Phase II)

The University of Health Sciences (UHS), Lahore, invites online applications from eligible candidates for admission to semester-based undergraduate programs at UHS Jinnah Campus, Kala Shah Kaku (KSK) .

08-SEMESTER PROGRAMS

ELIGIBILITY

Candidates must:

1. Have passed HSSC (Pre-Medical) or equivalent with at least 60% aggregate marks; and

2. Have secured at least 50% marks in UHS-UGAT 2026.

   Provided that candidates who have qualified MDCAT-2026 with a minimum of 50% marks may apply on the basis of their MDCAT-2026 score in lieu of the UHS-UGAT-2026.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

1. Applications shall be submitted online at https://portals.uhs.edu.pk/ug-admission using a verified email account.

2. Applicants shall provide accurate particulars and upload all required documents.

3. Processing fee: Rs. 1,000/- per program, plus UGAT fee of Rs. 3,000/-.
   (No test fee required in case the candidate has qualified MDCAT-2026).

4. Fees shall be deposited through the designated payment modes and proof uploaded to the portal.

5. Each selected program shall constitute a separate application. Fees are non-refundable.

6. Applicants shall be responsible for the correctness and completeness of their applications. No changes shall be allowed after final submission.

MERIT CALCULATION

PROGRAM SELECTION & ADMISSION

• Candidates may apply for multiple programs and appear in multiple merit lists, but may secure admission in one program only at a time.

• Admission shall be confirmed only upon payment of the prescribed fee within the notified deadline. Failure to pay shall result in forfeiture of the seat.

• Once transferred, reversion to the previous program shall not be allowed.

• A candidate may request transfer to another program in which he/she is subsequently selected, subject to University rules and fee adjustment.

ADMISSIONS SCHEDULE

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Incomplete or incorrectly submitted applications shall be rejected.

2. Required documents include:

   • CNIC/B-Form

   • Father's CNIC

   • Photograph

   • SSC certificate/result card

   • HSSC Part-I result card

   • Domicile

   • IBCC equivalence, where applicable

3. Each uploaded document must be clear, legible and within the prescribed 1 MB limit.

4. Hard-copy submission is not required.

5. Admissions shall be made strictly on open merit.

6. Merit lists, syllabi and fee structures shall be available at www.uhs.edu.pk .

FACILITIES FOR STUDENTS

1. Free shuttle service on designated routes to KSK Campus.

2. Clinical rotations at designated hospitals, including:

   • Jinnah Hospital Lahore

   • Sheikh Zayed Hospital Lahore

   • DHQ Hospital Sheikhupura

   • THQ Hospital Muridke

3. Single-room hostel accommodation, subject to availability and hostel rules.

4. Eligible students may avail themselves of applicable Government schemes, including:

   • E-Bike Scheme

   • Laptop Scheme

   • Honhaar Scholarship Scheme

   (Subject to their respective eligibility criteria)
