ADMISSION CARD ISSUANCE AND IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES

1. INTRODUCTION

The Medical and Dental College Admission Test 2026 (MDCAT) , organized by the University of Health Sciences (UHS) , will be held on Sunday, 16 August 2026 at 10:00 AM in the following 15 cities across Punjab:

2. ADMISSION CARD – HOW TO OBTAIN

It is mandatory for every candidate to print their Admission Card and bring it to the examination center. The Admission Card will contain the candidate's Roll Number and designated examination center.

Instructions for Printing the Admission Card:

• Print the Admission Card on a plain white A-4 size paper

• If possible, obtain a color print

Important Note:

• All information on the Admission Card must match the details provided during registration

• If the Admission Card is not generated or there is an error in name, CNIC/Passport number, or photograph, immediately file a complaint at https://mdcat.uhs.edu.pk with relevant proof

3. MANDATORY IDENTITY DOCUMENTS

Every candidate must bring one original of the following identity documents along with the printed Admission Card:

Important:

• Without any one of the above original identity documents, candidates will not be permitted to enter the examination center or take the test

• The following documents are NOT acceptable:

  • Form B, CRC, FRC

  • Birth Certificate

  • Matric or Intermediate Certificate

  • Driving License

  • Any other document

5. PROHIBITED ITEMS (STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED)

The following items are strictly prohibited inside the examination center:

Consequences of Possession/Use:

• Immediate disqualification from the examination

• The paper will be treated as an Unfair Means Case (UMC)

• The candidate will be declared ineligible to appear in MDCAT for two (2) consecutive years

• If necessary, the candidate may be handed over to the police for legal action

Note:

• No storage facility is available at the examination center for prohibited items
