• Timeline: Second week of July 2026

• Location: UHS Jinnah Campus, Kala Shah Kaku, Lahore, Pakistan.

• Purpose: To confer postgraduate degrees and award medals to exceptional graduates.

## 🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Timeline Bracket: All graduates who successfully completed their postgraduate programs and were officially declared graduated between March 2022 and June 2026 are eligible to participate.

• Eligible Postgraduate Programmes (Among Others):

  • PhD

  • MPhil

  • MS

  • MD

  • MDS

  • MSN

  • MPH

  • MHPE

  • Postgraduate Diplomas

## 💰 Registration Fee & Guest Policy

• Registration Fee: Rs. 5,000/- (Non-Refundable, includes standard guest entry).

• 📅 REGISTRATION DEADLINE: June 30, 2026

• Online Registration Portal: www.uhs.edu.pk

👥 Guest Allocation Rules:

• Standard Graduates: Allowed to bring exactly one (01) guest.

• Medal Recipients: Allowed to bring up to two (02) guests.

## 📂 Mandatory Documents to Upload

To complete your online registration form successfully, you must scan and upload clear copies of the following documents:

1. Degree / Provisional Certificate or the formal Completion Letter issued by UHS.

2. Official Transcript / Detailed Marks Certificate (DMC).

3. CNIC of the Graduate / Medal Recipient.

4. CNIC of the accompanying Guest(s).

5. Recent colored passport-size photograph of the Graduate / Medal Recipient.

6. Recent colored photograph(s) of the Guest(s).

7. Paid Bank Challan / Receipt of the Convocation Registration Fee.

Generate the system challan and deposit the non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 5,000/- at the designated bank branch. Keep the paid receipt safe.

Complete your personal and academic information profile. Upload clear images of your academic degrees, photographs, CNICs, and the paid challan receipt.

UHS admin will verify your documentation. Once approved, explicit details regarding convocation gowns, formal guest passes, and instructions will be sent to your registered email and posted on the website.
