University of Engineering & Technology, Lahore — ADP Admissions Fall 2026

Overview

The University of Engineering & Technology (UET), Lahore — celebrating 105+ years of academic excellence — is offering admissions in Associate Degree Programs (ADP) for Fall 2026. Applications are open until Tuesday, November 24, 2026.

The programs are offered under a financially subsidized fee structure at UET Lahore Main Campus, through the Institute of AI, ML and Cyber Security and its Extension Institute located at P-6, Model Town, Lahore.

Eligibility Criteria

• Domicile: Punjab domicile holders only (unless otherwise specified)

• Allowed Intermediate Programs: F.Sc. Pre-Engineering, F.Sc. Pre-Medical, ICS, and intermediate combinations of (Mathematics, Statistics and Physics) or (Mathematics, Statistics and Computer Science)

• Minimum Marks: 50% in Intermediate or equivalent

Application Fee

• Rs. 3,000/- per application

• The same fee covers applications to multiple programs — no extra fee is charged for applying to different programs listed above.

General Instructions

1. Intermediate (or equivalent) with relevant combinations and a minimum 50% score is required.

2. Classes will be conducted at the Main Campus and/or the Extension Institute at P-6, Model Town, as applicable to each program.

Merit Calculation (ADP Programs)

• Combined weight: Matric + Intermediate Part-1 marks = 100%

• Weightage: 75% Intermediate Part-1 + 25% Matric

• A-Level applicants: Entire O-Level score assigned 100% weight based on IBCC equivalence score

• DAE applicants: 100% weight assigned to combined scores of first and second year

• Applications are received online only — candidates do not need to visit the university.

ADP to BS Program — Admission Criteria & Credit Transfer

• Applicants who completed associate degrees from UET are allowed admission in the fifth semester of the undergraduate/equivalent degree in the same discipline without any deficiency course.

Important Notes

• Candidates with equivalent examinations (other than Pakistani Boards) must submit an IBCC equivalence certificate if selected.

• Minority (Non-Muslim) quota applicants may apply under applicable admission rules and eligibility criteria.

• Applications sent via post/courier or submitted by hand will not be entertained.

• Admission challan once paid is non-refundable and non-transferable at any stage, whether utilized or not.

• Hostel accommodation is not provided to students enrolled in these programs.

• The university reserves the right to make changes in relevant policies whenever deemed necessary.
