APPLICATION PROCEDURE FOR POSTGRADUATE PROGRAMS

Follow the steps below to complete your application:

Step	Instruction
1. Fill Online Form	Visit https://uetmardan.edu.pk/pgadmissions and fill out the online application form.
2. Deposit Fee	Pay Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable application processing fee) in A/C No: 0179003004139347 (Branch Code: 0179) at any branch of Bank of Khyber (BOK).
3. Upload Documents	Upload clear scanned copies of all required documents while filling the online application form.

DEADLINE

Last Date for Online Application Submission: Monday, 31 August 2026, till 11:59 PM.
Incomplete applications and applications without clear scans of all required documents will not be entertained.

IMPORTANT NOTES

GAT-General Test: Mandatory for all MSc/MS and PhD applicants as per university policy.
PhD Applicants: Must submit a research proposal and undergo PREC (Pre-admission Evaluation Committee) evaluation.
Merit List: Will be displayed on 9 September 2026.
Interviews: Will be conducted from 10–15 September 2026 for shortlisted candidates.
Classes: Will commence in the 4th week of September 2026.
