Issuance of Admission Cards and Important Instructions for Candidates

Test Date: Sunday, September 20, 2026
Test Time: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM (3-hour duration)
Test Cities: The examination will be held in the following 15 cities:

Rawalpindi
Faisalabad
Multan
Bahawalpur
Bahawalnagar
Rahim Yar Khan
Dera Ghazi Khan
Sahiwal
Gujranwala
Gujrat
Sialkot
Sargodha
Mianwali
Availability Date: Admission cards will be available starting September 10, 2026.
Download Method:
Candidates can download and print their admission cards from the official UHS MDCAT portal: https://mdcat.uhs.edu.pk
To access the admission card, candidates must enter their complete identification document number (CNIC, B-Form, or Passport) that was used during registration on the PM&DC portal.
After entering the correct information, the candidate's record will appear. Click on the "Download" button to download the admission card.
Printing Instructions:
Print the admission card on plain, white A4-size paper.
Color printing is recommended if possible.
Verification of Information:
All information mentioned on the admission card must exactly match the details provided during registration.
If the admission card is not generated, or if there is an error in the candidate's name, father's/guardian's name, gender, ID card/passport number, or photograph, immediately register a complaint at https://mdcat.uhs.edu.pk along with supporting evidence.
Each candidate must bring a printed copy of the admission card along with one of the following original identification documents:

Note: No candidate will be allowed entry into the examination center without any one of the above-mentioned original identification documents.
Unacceptable Documents:
The following documents will NOT be accepted as valid identification:
CRC (Child Registration Certificate) / FRC (Family Registration Certificate)
Birth Certificate
Matric or Intermediate Certificate
Driving License
Any other document

The following items are strictly prohibited inside the examination center:
Mobile phones
Calculators
Smartwatches
Notes or any written material
Weapons
Bluetooth devices
Handsfree / earphones
Any other electronic or communication device
Consequences of Violation:
Immediate expulsion from the examination.
Cancellation of the candidate's paper under the Unfair Means Case (UMC).
Disqualification from appearing in MDCAT for the next two (2) consecutive years.
The candidate may also be handed over to the police for legal action if necessary.
Important: There will be NO facility available at the center for storing prohibited items.
Candidates are allowed to bring only the following items to the examination center:
Printed Admission Card
Original valid ID document (CNIC, B-Form, or Passport)
Transparent clip board
Two (2) blue ballpoint pens
Small transparent water bottle
Parents/guardians are requested to drop their children off at the examination center before the test starts and then leave the premises.
Please instruct your children not to bring any prohibited items to the examination center.
Identification Responsibility: Proving identity at the examination center is the sole responsibility of each candidate. One of the original identification documents mentioned above MUST be presented.
Candidates presenting photocopies (without attestation) or illegible documents will NOT be allowed to take the test.
