LOCAL SEATS

• Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) in pre-medical group with a minimum aggregate of 60%.
• Passed the subjects of Biology and Chemistry and either Physics or Mathematics in the examination of the Higher Secondary School Certificate or an equivalent 12th-grade qualification recognized in Pakistan.
• Have passed the STMU Entrance Test for MBBS & BDS (Theory) conducted through NTS (National Testing Service, Pakistan).
• Have passed the PM&DC MDCAT examination as per PM&DC passing criteria.
• Shortlisted candidates based on STMU Entrance Test and PM&DC MDCAT scores will be invited for Multiple Mini Interviews (MMIs).

FOREIGN / OVERSEAS CATEGORY SEATS

• Obtained a Higher Secondary School Certificate qualification (HSSC) or an equivalent 12th-grade qualification recognized in Pakistan and have obtained a minimum of 60% marks therein.
• Passed the subjects of Biology and Chemistry and either Physics or Mathematics in the examination of the Higher Secondary School Certificate or an equivalent 12th-grade qualification recognized in Pakistan.
• Have passed PM&DC MDCAT Examination/the SAT-II (with a minimum score of 550 in each subject)/the Foreign MCAT Examination, or the UCAT Examination with at least 50% marks in the required subjects.
• Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews.
• Foreign National / Dual National / Overseas Pakistani Students can apply for this “Foreign/Overseas category”.

SPECIAL FOREIGN / OVERSEAS CATEGORY SEATS

• Obtained a Higher Secondary School Certificate qualification (HSSC) or an equivalent 12th-grade qualification recognized in Pakistan and have obtained a minimum of 60% marks therein.
• Proof of permanent foreign nationality or a valid Iqama.
• Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews.
• Foreign National / Dual National / Overseas Pakistani Students can apply as per relevant PM&DC eligibility criteria for this “Special Foreign/Overseas category”.

Shifa Entrance Test for MBBS & BDS-Theory will be conducted through NTS on Sunday, September 13th, 2026, in the major cities of Pakistan, including Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Karachi, Quetta, Peshawar, Lahore, Multan, Gilgit and Muzaffarabad.
