M.Phil./MS or Equivalent (NQF Level 7) in relevant discipline duly recognized by the concerned regulatory body (if any) and/or recommendation of the University Admission Committee with at least 60% or CGPA 3.0/4.0 overall unadjusted score in Annual or Semester system respectively.
Pharm.D/B.Pharm or Equivalent and relevant discipline duly recognized by the concerned regulatory body (if any) and/or recommendation of the University Admission Committee.
Minimum 60% cumulative score in GRE/HAT General equivalent test or GRE/HAT Subject test (in case of intra-disciplinary admissions).

Pharm.D/B.Pharm or Equivalent (NQF Level 6) in relevant discipline duly recognized by the concerned regulatory body (if any) and/or recommendation of the University Admission Committee with at least 60% or CGPA 2.5/4.0 overall unadjusted score in Annual or Semester system respectively.
Minimum 50% cumulative score in GAT-General or minimum 50% cumulative score in University-based subject test.

Pharm.D/B.Pharm (NQF Level 6) recognized by the concerned regulatory body with at least 60% or CGPA 2.5/4.0 overall unadjusted score in annual or semester system respectively.
Candidates are required to possess a current active license/registration from the relevant provincial pharmacy council to practice pharmacy in Pakistan.
Minimum 50% cumulative score in GAT-General or minimum 50% cumulative score in University-based subject test.

Note: All applicants will be required to submit a copy of their terminal degree duly verified and attested by HEC at the time of admission.
