INTRODUCTION

Applications are invited for admission in the following courses of Allied Health Sciences at Sheikh Zayed Medical College, Rahim Yar Khan, for the Academic Session 2026–2027 Fall (Phase-II).

APPLYING ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Candidate must have passed HSSC (Pre-Medical) or Equivalent with at least 60% aggregate marks.
The candidate must have secured at least 50% Marks in Admission Test 2026, provided that candidates who have qualified MDCAT 2026 with a minimum of 50% marks may apply on the basis of their MDCAT-2026 score in lieu of the Admission Test 2026.

Candidates interested in admission to the above-mentioned Degree Programme can apply on the prescribed Admission Form, which is available at a cost of Rs. 1,000/- (fee non-refundable) from:

Last Date for Submission of Applications: 28/10/2026 (up to 12:00 noon).

(h)	Disability Certificate issued by "Provincial Council for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons" (only for disabled candidates)
(i)	Candidates having foreign qualifications must provide attested copies of Equivalence Certificate issued by the IBCC
(j)	Candidates having PMF diploma qualifications must provide attested copies of Equivalence Certificate issued by the IBCC

Important Notes on Documents:

Domicile Certificate: No other certificate or document (e.g., Birth Certificate, B-Form, CNIC, etc.) is acceptable in lieu of the Domicile Certificate of the candidate. Any candidate found to have a domicile of more than one place shall be disqualified.
Photographs: One (01) photograph must be attested on the front and the other three (03) attested on the back.

FORMAT OF ADMISSION ENTRY TEST

The Institutional Admission Entry Test shall consist of a single paper comprising 100 MCQs divided into the following four sections:

MERIT CALCULATION

The weightage criteria for calculation of merit for admission shall be as follows:
